The integration of our vision upon Sustainability and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) in all our processes have passed the point of no return. Beyond policies and ideas, society demands actions. At RB we share this demand and are proud of the steps we have made over the last decade.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Health and Safety are inseparable concepts. In our RB Zero Accident Vision we have created a framework of best practice guidelines and initiatives for all people involved in operational processes. We consider it our flagship leading the way for all Health and Safety measures we implement, training sessions we organize and Behavior Based Safety observations. We created the RB Zero Accident Vision because we strongly belief that no accident should be considered a mere number or a dry statistic. There is always a colleague, a person, a family involved.

Behavior Based Safety (BBS) is a key part of our training program. We have integrated BBS into all our operational activities such as warehouse operations, product transfers, (un)loading operations and truck driving.

As the first company in Europe to achieve a complete rail intermodal status we believe future generations should grow up in a clean and healthy world. We are very aware of our responsibility as a logistics service provider regarding harmful emissions and our carbon footprint.

Our engineers are constantly scanning for new technologies and developments in order to keep on being the pioneers we have been from the start. Technologies such as hydrogen-power are being monitored and tested as probably one of the most promising technologies.
