RB designs customized different kind of liner bags from a product perspective and operational viewpoint to guarantee stability of the product properties. They can be produced to fit inside all kind of standardized cubic containers, from smaller to larger units.
Liner bags can be made of multi-layered polyethylene which are extruded in one piece to avoid seams. Together with the body of the container made from materials such as steel and aluminium, the inner liner creates a barrier against external agents, such as humidity and condensation. The lack of seams eliminates the possibility for leakage and the chance of product contamination with loose threads.
RB works towards the goal of reducing waste through more efficient operations and recycling. Once liner bags have been used, they are removed from the container, compacted and shipped to be recycled, throughout a re-granulating process and final transformation into a new packaging.
