OUTSOURCEADMINISTRATION:
Outsourcing the administration processes in handling material offers to customers a set of advantages: focus on core activities, flexibility, reliance on a skilled professional and cost reduction. Our range of outsource administration portfolio offers the following services:S2S: We are System-to-System integrated to the different actors involved in the process. VMI & Stock Analysis: We monitor stock and inventory levels in both sides. We take care of sending the replenishment orders. Delivery documentation & COA: We prepare and send the right documentation for your deliveries.
MAINTENANCE &SPARE PARTS
RB is in charge of all its equipment maintenance. Our equipment is kept in optimal working conditions thanks to our preventive and corrective maintenance plan combined with our available local spare parts stock.
TECHNICAL RESOURCES
RB offers a complementary set of equipment that are valuable to perform our operations:Weight Scale. Dust Collector. Flowmeter.
ON-SITE LOGISTICS
RB performs, controls and outsources the logistics management in your site. We handle the material inbounds, outbound and processing needed for your operations.
THIRD PARTY MANAGEMENT
We can be the unique contact point between the customer and all the third-party logistics suppliers involved in the product handling: from transport to warehousing, etc.
PMP & RISK ASSESSMENT
The Project Management Process to coordinate the customer requirements, operational & equipment specifications and cost & time constraints. Through the different projectmanagement stages, we are able to monitor, control and execute the right tasks to implement the project.Risk Assessment Analysis to identify hazards and risk factors that have the potential to cause harm or non conform results. Through this process, we are able to identify the probability of such result and take actions to minimize or remove such risks.
